Passport, admission and visa documents, financial statements, insurance. Arrival keeps them organised, tracks what expires when, and never sends a single file anywhere.
Encrypted on device
Mobile files and local state are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The encryption key is stored in device secure storage and loaded by the app to open your files. App lock uses device authentication, with account-password recovery when unavailable.
Expiry tracking
Each document carries issue and expiry dates. Reminders fire at 90, 60, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day out — whichever set you choose.
Organised like a real file
Colour-coded by document type, and the types offered match your destination — a study permit in Canada, a CAS in the UK, an I-20 in the United States.
What this does not do
- The web app holds document metadata only — labels, dates, and reminders. Files live in the mobile app.
- There is no upload endpoint on any surface. This is a design constraint, not a missing feature.
